Oct. 22. 2017 Waco TX

The local media reports the jurors and McLennan County residents find themselves in uncharted territory.  Well, that partially true if the people look no further than the boundaries of McLennan County and it’s court house. Able Reyna may even hope that’s the case.

Organized criminal activities is what you move to if you have very little evidence a person or members of a “group” did anything criminal. It was used successfully a short time ago in Fort Worth with very little evidence the defendant did anything “like shoot the victim”!  What they didn’t do was was put everyone at the scene on trial like Able Reyna 5/17/15. However Tarrant County they did make a show trial with all the trimmings, like extra extra security inside and outside the court house "not needed" in order to taint the jury or jury pool. Sound familiar?

Uncharted territory? We think not.

For some reason Waco seems to have a need for overkill and we mean that literally in every aspect or law enforcement / judicial and it is by design. Any city in America that has for profit jails is corrupt as hell and one for profit scheme leads to another by men with influence behind the scenes. Profit takes over as the laws objective, city, state, federal. Somebody is making money and literally buying the system.

So far we have seen a prime example in Waco TX as DA Able Reyna, the attempt to install a police officer on a Grand Jury, Collusion's with Judges he’s had associations with to gerrymander trial order (who goes first), has and continues to hide evidence from the Defense Council of Jake Carrizal and others.

None of the above is uncharted most of it’s been going on in Waco & Texas for 100 years. There’s thousands of dirty little secrets to be found.
Here’s what's uncharted for the Waco Tribune and others. It’s the rise of the Citizen reporters, social media and the ability get reports out as it happens, reporters without an agenda, reporters looking for truth in a sea of lies and innuendo and '
they' meaning the media don’t like it. Texas Biker Radio News, Radio legendary Jim Parks, The Aging Rebel just to name a few has thousands of readers from all over the world and Waco is in the spotlight.

Exposure is a powerful tool.

We believe in the end the jury should rely on the Constitution and not put so much stock in our fallible hero’s in Law Enforcement indoctrinated into a system built to steam roll the public in an effort for monetary gain.

#1) Amendment I

The right to peaceably assemble – it doesn’t say except Bandidos or Cossacks. Freedom of association encompasses both an individual's right to join or leave groups voluntarily, and the right of the group to take collective action to pursue the interests of its members. ... It is closely linked with freedom of assembly, particularly under the U.S. Bill of Rights.

#2)  Amendment II

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Note: We live in an age when you can be attacked at any time by anyone or any group including Law Enforcement who’s training is keep shooting till there is no movement, the courts has their backs. You have a right to protect your person, family and property.

3) Amendment IV

The Fourth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Fourth Amendment was part of the Bill of Rights that was added to the Constitution on December 15, 1791. It protects people from unlawful searches and seizures. This means that the police can't search you or your house without a warrant or probable cause. From the Constitution.

Note: The confiscation business by the government is huge and corrupts all government agencies.

4) Amendment V

5th Amendment No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

5) Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

This is your guide “The Supreme Law of the Land” that’s continuously ignored by law enforcement, the courts and DA’s across the land in order to convict the innocent along with the guilty.

Motorcycle Clubs are not gangs, they are not connected to cartels or the mob in Texas. Law Enforcement so called experts have a monetary interest in keeping the label of "outlaw motorcycle gang" alive. It's a vague tool used to label any and every motorcyclist on the road by law enforcement. We now find our motorcycles being profiled because they might be Harley's.

So far all the prosecution has done is profile the Bandidos, they've put forth little evidence Jake Carrizal did anything but drive into a parking lot. The text messages out forth by the prosecution were messages sent to Jake Carrizal not messages he sent.

In the end it’s not illegal to be a Bandido or Cossack and if we are all to exist within the 1st Amendment the Bandidos had a right to be at a COCI meeting that been meeting over 20 years without incident. It doesn't matter whether the good Baptist in town, Waco PD, The DPS, ATF, TABC or the Cossacks liked it or not, you do not ambush people you publically say you were negotiating with..

Able Reyna made his mistake when he took over an investigation he had no business in.
