The words chiseled in stone above the entrance to the U.S. Supreme Court building say, “Equal Justice Under Law.” A truly noble philosophy – in theory.
14th Amendment States: No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
We think it's clear the State Of Texas has created Laws like CCP 61.02 that violates our Constitutional Rights. Unscrupulous Law Enforcement entities are not Constitutional Scholars and it shows in the videos we've gathered to date. The actions by Sheriff's, Police Chiefs, State Police have exposed mental midgets here in the North Texas area.
The point! Government may not like the fact that gangs exist. Yet we can find no laws that bars any gangs like the dreaded MS13 gang from existing. Matter of fact many MS13 members are American Citizens. So Law Enforcement Lobbies the Federal & State legislature for Gang Databases, included in these databases are OMG's who in fact are not street gangs. It sounded like a good idea on the surface, until you figure out what the ramifications are. It's a system with little or no checks and balances to protect the innocent. Chicago's database is the perfect example and we feel Texas databases are no better since we found the innocent in databases in Texas.
Why would Bikers be included in a street gang database since the FBI itself said MC's or OMG's are opportunist drawn in by easy money. Their role in gang crimes are almost non existent. The fact is the Club may not know a member has participated in a crime, on the same hand a rank and file member may not know leadership may have participated in a crime. Those assertions come directly from the FBI Gang Assessment Reports. There are enough cases to show this is true. Even in the ranks law enforcement which is another FBI comment in their report.
You can't and should not try to paint everyone with a broad brush. It's the character of the individual that should be considered since there is no guilt by association laws for reason. We certainly haven't painted law enforcement even though they commit more crimes each year than all the MC's together. The reality is Bikers play a tiny part if any in any kind of gang activities. Like the Garland TX cop said in a recent stop, I don't know why you guys are getting so much attention?
Its mind boggling we see a law officer becoming judge, jury and executioner on the side of the road and what's worse is the courts go along. Could it be its nothing more than a money making job creating scheme by federal, state, and local government?

We know this is more about funding and successfully pushing the narrative that all Bikers are potential criminals even though we have proof this is not true. We seen this before when homeland security claimed Veterans as potential domestic terrorists. For the better part of 70 years we've allowed ourselves to be vilified without a response. The rank and file cop has no clue what's behind 1% and the history of.
The truth is Bikers, 1% or OMG's involved in any kind of criminal is tiny compared to the population in general and law enforcement itself. Yet the Government seeks more funding to build unneeded databases, harass, intimidate, arrest and jail innocent men & women based on hype and innuendos rather than facts. Whats more incredible is these laws have been created with absolutely no accountability or oversight. There's no way we trust them to police themselves when corruption overrides common sense and the law itself.
Just immagine a DPS Officer or any other type of can revoke your CHL on the spot because you are wearing a patch he's been told identifies a potential criminal. The officer has no clue of your character or life history, he puts you into a gang database even though you've never been in trouble with the law. Takes you to jail for a weapon you are legally carrying per a CHL permit issued by the law.
Bikers put into databases even though they've committed no crimes ever, jailed for minor traffic violations, jailed for wearing a 1st Amendment Protected Patch, CHL's revoked on the spot even though vetted by the State itself and has never been in trouble with the law. Happened in Milam County not long ago to a 14 year Army Combat Veteran.
Where is Equal Justice Under The Law? Where is due process denied to many Bikers?
