After the 2015 death of Freddie Gray while in police custody, Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby took a highly active role in the investigation, leading some to accuse her of distorting the facts of the case to score political points.

BOOM: Federal Judge Drops the Hammer, Says Case Against Mosby Can Continue!

Five of the six police officers charged in Gray’s death have filed a lawsuit against Mosby, and on Jan. 6, U.S. District Judge Marvin J. Garbis ruled that some of the claims against Mosby can move forward, The Baltimore Sun reported.

Mosby’s attorneys claimed that as a prosecutor she had “absolute prosecutorial immunity” from being sued by those she was prosecuting — a claim that Garbis threw out.

“Plaintiffs’ malicious prosecution claims relate to her actions when functioning as an investigator and not as a prosecutor,” Garbis wrote in his 65-page ruling.

TBR News: Hello! Hello! Where have we seen this before? Waco maybe? Lets make some efforts to get things out of the good ole boy network of judges that exist in Mclennan County and up to the next level. Able Reyna continues to get protection from daddies friends, former partners and butt buddies from BU. A network of crooks and thieves within the law in our opinion and many others. One thing is clear that during the TP fiasco he took over the investigation, he is fair game for law suits. For the same reasons listed below.. WOW!

Something is not quite right in six shooter junction and Able Reyna, he stinks to high heaven and we are digging deep, people say he's dirty to the core. If you step back and look at the overall picture of Able Reyna you find a whole lot of tension going on with his office and LE.

Claims that included malicious prosecution, defamation and invasion of privacy were allowed to move forward under the ruling, but claims that included false arrest, false imprisonment and abuse of process, as well as any claims against the state, were dismissed.

It's a mixed bag since these officers actually got a speedy trial, wasn't false arrest or imprisonment since they got a reasonable bail. They should thank their lucky stars because they were more than likely guilty as hell. Circle the wagons hey!

Officers Garrett Miller, Edward Nero and William Porter, and Sgt. Alicia White and Lt. Brian Rice were the officers behind the lawsuit. Officer Caesar Goodson was the only officer involved in the Gray death who was not a plaintiff.

Courthouse News noted that all six officers were either acquitted, had their cases end in a mistrial or had the charges against them dropped.

The charges of defamation and invasion of privacy were a result of the infamous news conference Mosby held in which she made a grand spectacle of announcing the charges against the officers, WBFF reported.

Can we say all together "Sgt Swanton", and Waco PD should be liable along with Able Reyna for false accusations and vilifying Bikers across the State of Texas, lets throw in the TABC for good measure.

By allowing this lawsuit to carry on, Garbis has sent a warning to all prosecutors that they can be held accountable for their actions if they stray outside their job description.

Able Reyna took over the TP investigation from a weak 2nd in command police chief that couldn't stand his ground, Able Reyna saw a chance to vilify, jail the innocent and confiscate property from 100's.

Mosby is now one step closer to paying for her despicable actions against those six officers.

So will Able Reyna and Waco

Respect,
