Only In America and other 3rd world counties can an individual be charged with one or more counts of riot.
The DA's office in McLennan County has a new meaning for what a riot is, we thought we knew but according to them a fight in a parking lot fits the bill, not the mess we've seen in the news the last 4 decades or so.
After a little research we find out why? it's vague as hell depending on who's point of view and narrative LE wants to sell!

Riots typically involve theft, vandalism, and destruction of property, public or private. The property targeted varies depending on the riot and the inclinations of those involved. Targets can include shops, cars, restaurants, state-owned institutions, and religious buildings.
When we think of riot we think of groups like the BLM, Antifa, Democrats who are the current masters of the riot. Many of these groups call for the murder of cops are seldom held accountable.
The term goes a little vague, riots can be an uproar, commotion, upheaval, disturbance, furor, tumult, melee, scuffle, fracas, fray, brawl, free-for-all; violence, fighting, vandalism, mayhem, turmoil, lawlessness, anarchy, violent protest "a riot in the capital". Rarely does it include murder in this country and that's a fact.
it's kinda like the "collusion" of 3 individuals discussing ice cream, but according to the law they are conspiring to commit crimes. Especially if they ride two wheels and wear a vest with a patch or colors.

While individuals may attempt to lead or control a riot, riots are typically disorganized. That statement is true to a point, but groups like the BLM and others are a political mindset. Are lead easily by organizers & manipulators like George Soros.
The DA's office in McLennan County is selling more BS. Bikers are rugged individuals and not lead off the cliff easily, they do not walk in lock step unless provoked. What we saw in the parking lot for the most part was a fight for survival by a few individuals who were attacked. Self defense comes to mind not riot. A peaceful political meeting is the goal of each and every COCI meeting, Its the political news of the day, motorcycle safety / rights and shared events. Every member understands it's sacred ground no one should come with malice in mind and that's a fact.
COCI meetings are a God given right which continues to this day. it's preserved by our Constitution regardless of those who seek to deny the rights to do so. It's the same for any other group across the land no matter who they might be. We'll stand up for your rights to do so without interference from the law or any other group.
On May 17th 2018 we will have a peaceful Memorial and Rally to seek redress whether the law or anyone else likes it. We cannot and will not be denied per our Constitution. it's something that should have happened on May 17th 2015 where cooler heads should have prevailed while the law waited in the wings. If the law knew or saw something going down they should have stepped and saved 9 lives.
