Wheels Falling Off Reyna Mobile
Popeye Texas Biker Radio: There isn't much time to celebrate the dismissal of charges against innocent Bikers that were indicted by Abel Reyna. So now all Abel Reyna has is 141 cases pending. Still an impossible task when your not trying people who have possibly committed a crime. Our call to Abel Reyna dismiss the innocent for we will not stop, the lawyer hounds smell blood and the people now have open eyes.

Our work continues.  #1 to free the innocent, #2 restore Constitutional behavior in the courts, #3 expose the corruption within the DA's office in McLennan County and inform the voters / jurors..

Wave 7 is imminent

Political Coward they called him: Abel Reyna succumbs to primary pressures, the last thing he needed was to have himself and his staff put under oath,  a scheduled hearing for Thursday afternoon at which Fort Worth attorneys Brian Bouffard and David Conrad Beyer, who represent bikers Jorge Salinas and Billy McCree, both Cossacks, intended to seek to disqualify Reyna from prosecuting the cases on a variety of grounds.

Just as Popeye & OG had predicted, Abel Reyna would make some kind of move to avoid the hearing and he did not disappoint. Reyna caved to the heat of the primary and decided to dismiss one of those cases and recuse his office in the other.

Reyna’s office has also notified 19th State District Judge Ralph Strother that it intends to dismiss engaging in organized criminal activity charges against five other bikers arrested after the May 2015 shootout at Twin Peaks.

The DA's office Thursday morning dismissed charges against 13 bikers arrested in the May 17, 2015, Twin Peaks shootout and two recusing the McLennan County District Attorney's Office in two other biker cases.

Besides the 13 dismissals, prosecutor Michael Jarrett told the judges that Reyna also intends to formally refuse eight more cases against bikers who were arrested, but have not been indicted.

Attorney Brian Bouffard, said McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna only dropped the cases in a show of "moral cowardice by an elected official" to avoid adverse testimony at a scheduled Thursday hearing to disqualify his office.

Broden, who represents two bikers indicted in the incident, said they chose the first-floor courthouse rotunda as the location of the press conference because it was there that Reyna held a press conference almost three years ago to announce that he had, as Broden characterized it, "bamboozled" a grand jury into indicting 154 bikers on identical charges after the shootout.

Attorney Bouffard said. "My client is a decorated Marine combat veteran," "He and I took the same oath years ago". Part of that oath is that we will support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America from all enemies, foreign and domestic. And I ask you and I ask the public to ask yourselves, what better definition of a domestic enemy of our Constitution than Abel Reyna?"

Barry Johnson , “He is just ducking and hiding,” Johnson said. “I think he is doing what everybody anticipated because Abel Reyna is not doing his job. He is hiding from the voters because of the bad job he is doing. He doesn’t want them to know what he is doing before the primary. He doesn’t want to answer for his actions and it is ultimately going to cost the taxpayers even more money to hire outside prosecutors. He is playing games and trying to hide until after the primary.”
