Stops Mi Raza club member on the shoulder of a dangerous Hwy with obvious truck traffic and poor weather. Putting himself in danger, the riders and his passenger in danger.

Is it worth a profiling stop for a ticket-able offense? Listen closely to exchange with dispatch where he questions his ability to impound the riders Bike.

The Officer was no clue of what the law is over impounding one's Bike.

We'll have to file suit to get the body cams of those involved which is public record. .
